Abe, it's absolutely fantastic! Every time I cross the border one of the first stops is for poutine.
If you're ever in the Ferndale area, there is a restaurant called the Local Kitchen and Bar that has some great poutine (along with some other very good dishes at a reasonable price)!

You won't regret it. The chicken pot pie and home made mac 'n cheese is effin awesome! We took our staff there for xmas party dinner and everyone loved it. It's a really nice place, but modestly priced.

single and living in GR, we took a rented party bus to Chicago to see the Wings and Blackhawks, got ripped the whole way down, didnt see the game just stayed on the bus with 15 other people and smoked ourselves into a coma....awesome!!

i have had an idea for this for awhile--
it would be once a month trip of carded CG/pts ......and would pick people up at designated areas in designated cities and go clubbing or to all the markets---A green tortoise bus service if you understand and know about the hippie green tortoise line
with professional driver ...private--
and a sort of a pt/CG transport network....exchange ...could be come patient group type thing......
only problem I see is with the bus full you'd be driving around with like +20 lbs ....?.......
