Migraine help!

so my gf is cool with me smoking but isn't a huge participant, however she just began getting terrible migraines, often immediately after having blurred vision and seeing bright light. I'm afraid this is going to happens more often so would love to grow something that can help her deal with this pain... Appreciate recommendations of best strains to deal with her massive headaches... If you have a suggestion on what seedbank to use on this too, appreciate it!

high CBD strains ....

Did she eat peanut butter before her headache? PB is known to cause migraine with aura. I switched to almond butter and no more migraines.

Tell her to try MaraNatha Almond butter if she needs to curb her peanut butter addiction. lol
It is expensive but so worth it. I like the raw maple sugar kind. Shit is bomb!

To think I started on Rollitup and ended up on WebMD haha

I get them regularly, sometimes worse than others, 1/2 the time with that "aura" which gives me blurred vision to the point I can't even read anything. I use Harlequin which is high CBD and Blue Pyramid which is an indica with a heavy body stone and couch lock. Both relieve the pain and probably as important they take my mind/focus off the pain. If she's getting them from allergic reactions like the peanut butter that's much easier to deal with. I get them with any significant swings in pressure, in either direction, I'm a fucking barometer. If I wake up with one it doesn't go away until I go to sleep again, in that case I take oil caps I make with coconut oil and kief, they're more effective than smoking/vaping once they kick in.
