MN Outdoor Guerrilla Grow

Your girls look to be fairing the heatwave quite well. Boy do i hear ya on watering in the feilds. Had to bucket about 450 gallons yesterday and a few days before. Its exhausting work especially in 115 98% humidity puhhh. Keep up the good work OG. Looks like your going for the gusto next season :)

Ouch, that's alot of hauling. Better schedule an appointment with your chiropractor ! Yeah, they took the heatwave well. It was accompanied by rain round these parts and didn't last too long. Best of luck to you bro, I'm sure your hard work will pay dividends !

Well, I decided to head out there and feed my ladies a higher phosphorus based fertilizer to help them ease into flower mode. Snapped a few shots while I was out for everyone to view............

This is one that was topped by a deer at 12 " tall. He must have known what he was doing, because this plant responded well.

New York City Diesel. Early indicators are that this is going to be a male unfortunately. It would make a fine father...... however, this is not a seed plot and he's gotta go. A shame because this is nearly 9 feet tall pre-stretch and NYCD stretches up to 50%. Would have been fun to see

And last but not least...... Mau Fresas: Erdbeer/Purpurea Ticinensis x Mau Mau (blockhead indy mother x killa queen f6 male)

Some people have a hound watch over there crop, I prefer a hawk. True, a little unconventional, but I also live in a cave and always did sing to a different tune, lol

Went out to take some measurements for irrigation lines for next season and thought I would photograph a little bit. Plants are generally smaller here

I haven't photographed here much for a few reasons. 1) This spot was hit hard by hot temps/animal activity and things were rather slow and plants unimpressive in comparison to some of the others I have been photographing 2) This area is rather hard to get to since you first have to get wet crossing, go through about three hundred yards of 5 ft tall poison ivy, then you must do some climbing, then you hit the raspberry bushes with very sharp thorns that are unyielding....... only to get to a perimeter of dense buckthorn.

another day in the life, later friends

lokin nice OG, how many plants u got total this season? I like the look of some of those Krakatoa's. Do u know what the origins of that strain are? that c99 should be nice. love those leaves.

farmer2424- Tell you the truth, I don't even know how many I have outside this season. I started with 75 or so...... and pulled some males...... and animals got a couple. I should really do a count, but best guess would be around 50. I would call this a small grow, just getting on my feet again and acclimated to this area.
The Krakatoa is a Fruit Loop Haze female x Mau Mau male. The Mau Mau consists of a Blockhead x Killa Queen. Purchased from Irie Vibe Seeds

* Please note- I can't take credit for these beautiful plants unfortunately*

That sure is a pretty flower in that Krakatoa pic.

Nice scenery in your area. And your plants look great...should be a bumper crop for ya.

he's right they do look fantastic, you guy's got some beautiful country up there in Minnesota, how big are your woods up there before roads cross them. We have a few 1500 acre sections of solid woods, but mostly 500 acres or so before roads break them up and four wheeler trail are everywhere seems like on every ridge top and through every valley.
But i can't wait to see some buds on them girls.

xebeche- Yeah, I sure hope we have an Indian Summer this year. If I can stretch it into Mid October, I should be sitting pretty. Temp wise, I have until at least early October on average before a first frost. Which isn't even too big a concern so much as hoping for dry weather the last few weeks. All things considered, yeah, should be a good harvest.

tristynhawk- Well, I'm about as far south in MN as one can get and there's much less woods and more roads than in Northern MN. This is farm country bigtime, so it's mostly corn. Most woodlands are all private and hard to access. This is why most people round here plant in cornfields, but I just don't like it. The parcel of land seen above is over 4000 square acres and there's not many other large parcels. Yeah, all of the girls are preflowering at the very least and a handful are flowering nicely. The Mau Fresas ladies are doing very nicely and I should harvest at the end of September. Seems as if I can expect a solid pound from each one at least.

Im already looking into the future for next year, i had some many mishaps this year im kinda dissapointed but i feel way more prepared for next year. Now it's just down to selection of strains. Any suggestions on strains or seed banks to use, im probably going to run a early crop of auto's and alot of full seasons. Like to have something worth breeding.

I'm with you, already planning for next year. Whatever the outcome this year, I'm HOOKED on guerrilla growing. So far, I'm thinking of running MNS Black Widow and Sannie's Vanilla sky next..and of course a handful of fem seeds for more variety. Would like to try a bit of pollenating between the reg strains, but don't really have a handle on the logistics of doing that outdoors yet. Still thinking about it.

It's fun to plan for the future.

Edit- not really a "handful" of fems I guess...that would be a LOT of plants.

I grew the Nirvana WW about four years ago...it was OK, but I wouldn't grow it again. Now I wanna try the real thing. Got a pack of BW ready to go.

An old friend told me about how the Black Widow is now the true White Widow. think it'll be on my next 'tude order.

Check out this tutorial by fdd2blk.It helped me produce quite a few "free" seeds for myself! https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-m...roduction-tutorial.html?highlight=pollinating

Oh, and on another note, O.G. could you come over to the mmaclub? Got a question for ya there! ;)
And sorry 'bout the off topic reply to someone, not trying to thread jack or nothin.
