Nice dude. Jobs in my chosen career are a bit slim right now, so I'm chilling, waiting for the economy to pick back up and sampling what retirement has to offer some day.

Yeah, I know what you mean. The job I got is was not exactly 1st pick....LOL, it's a call center job.

-Shit, whatever pays the bills/allows me to upgrade my grow space, ;)

...And boy is it a good one.
Stoned.
Happy.
And learning all the time!
Not to mention it is the best hobby imaginable. ;)

Dude, the first sack I bought was seeded homegrown mex sativa. I broke open that bud, collected those seeds, put them in a pot of dirt, took one look at those wonderfully gangly seedlings, and I KNEW I'd be growing weed for the rest of my life. They died one week later, ha ha! I drowned them in chlorinated water, but I never gave up!

Here's a smoke report I found elsewhere on the forum for any Nebula growers out there (thanks smm, wherever you are):

Nebula Smoke Report

Strain: Nebula by Paradise Seeds
Growth: Medium height (3’ flowered when vegged at 22”), bushy, with large dense bud formations
Nutes: GH (Lucas formula 0-8-16), using ebb and flow
Yield: 5 oz dry (single plant)
Bag Appeal: 8/10– large, bright green buds, few hairs
Smell: Fruit, limes, after shave
Taste: Floral, smooth, sweet
The High: Mostly sativa-head high, up, with a slight body stone
Comments: The smell when growing is fruity and dank, with a lime/aftershave odor. Once dried, the odor becomes heavier, very sweet, almost sickly sweet. The smoke is light and flavorful, floral, an 7/10 for taste. The high is soft, up, functional, a friend said it was like getting a brain massage. Potency is good, not great, I give it an 8/10. Overall score 7.5/10.

i would agree with all but the potency...i guess this is dependant on grower and strain, but the Nebula i smoked( and from the smell of my plant, I am now sure it was Nebula)had me seriously almost trippin...but it wasnt like some spacey body high...this shit was intense...with a good body buzz...ime

Doing good dude, I'm just about to go water and feed them after I take care of my head. Updates later today and the unveiling of the 12/12 Nebula clone, flowering away with the rest. Fun stuff!

Well, life circumstances have again decided how and where I spend my time. I will be four hours away from my ladies, only able to attend to them every 3-5 days. I decided to go ahead and lollipop them all to cut down on the frequency of water and minimize lst/canopy management, pot moving, etc. You can see how bare their underskirts are now, lol. Several of Moby Dick's stems have also been supercropped and tied in place.

I am also seeing a little P def on the Nebulae, more so on the older one one directly beside Moby, under the 600w. I am now giving the Nebulae 1.8 EC, just like the Moby. I also gave a foliar feed of Dyna-Gro Bloom on each Nebula. Hopefully I can get this under control before I have to leave. The lollipopping should help.

This is 24 days into flower, so there should not be much impact other than maybe extended finishing time, and the rest of the buds will be bigger in the long run. What it does impact is not letting them grow a little wild and bushy, with minimal maiming, and lst'ing them as the need arises, much like I would do outdoors. It also means I wasted 3-4 weeks of veg time, but at least another grower now has a nice batch of cuttings.

I'll update when I can. As always the pictures are labelled. The Nebula clone is 12/12 from cutting and looking great, 7" tal. The pic is blurry and my camera needs to charge, but I'll get another one later.

Take care growers.

Thanks mellokitty. It is very sad. My ladies are naked! I just kept shoving all of the cuttings into a pitcher of water. There were easy a dozen >14", 5-8 node branches in there.

ok now that that's done, on to practicalities: are you setting them up on a drip? or water the shit out of them every 3-5 and hope for the best? or using some trompf-blumet type contraption?

Thanks again mellokittty, kev. I screamed my rage to the world for a bit and then proceeded to modify my growroom/workshop all day for automatic temp/humidity controls and passive purging, with an exhaust fan for timed purge. The interior environment has now been partitioned to allow corridors of air flow and I am fine tuning heat/cool cycles to min/max at 50*-70*F and 40-50% rh. I have had to do something like this before, and I'll detail what I did later and why.

I will place a few tbsps of those "water crystals" on top of each pot then water the absolute crap out of them. The crystals will be removed and discarded after I return each time. I had to leave a batch of girls outside in November for 6 days and those crystals worked a treat, when typically I was watering every 3 days. I'm not quite sure how it is going to affect the feeding schedule. I have two weeks to tweak it.

I took the time to go over the ladies this morning, and they are all prettily manicured. I habitually wanted to reach down and adjust the skirts they no longer have, but they do look really nice and neat, low canopy maintenance from this point. This will be a nice harvest, and worth all of the long drives.

Have a great weekend growers.
