Yeah that Scott's is looking very OG'ish, sorry about the beans though. I've been on banana patrol all week, I'm checking my TGA gear almost twice a day, because I know some of the more recent gear has been shooting them for a lot of other growers. TGA gear is looking DANK though. Plants look great, it looks like even with all the topping and mainlining you'll pull some good nug off all of them. I was getting nervous for a second, wasn't sure if they'd catch up or not.

I predict that your beautiful Malunje is going to be even more beautiful this year, hopefully it'll be done by February, lol.
Banana OG patrol? :weed:

After taking macro pictures the other night I determined which of the remaining plants were males. Took clones today and put them next to the removal station. The remaining girls are ready for up-potting.

Picked up 4 more 20 gallon smart pots and I may put multiple plants in each pot. Also picked up 4 wine barrel halves - cabernet sauvignon. They smell like oak and wine vinegar. Got some more Promix BX base soil too.

I wonder if the wine soaked barrels have any sort of fungicidal or pesticidal qualities, that'd be cool. I'd definitely put 2 or 3 plants into each 20 gal, they should all be entering flowering by now if they aren't already building flowers, and the roots will grow for another 3 weeks once bloom starts. I put my Critical Yumboldts both in their own 15 gallon container from a 2 gallon container after they had already been flowering for a week. It took them about a week to completely root into the pots and grow tremendously. They drink water as fast as any of the 5 gal pots do, and are yielding very heavy indoors.

Thanks Don! Knee is working great, neck is mostly healed, but the knot on my arm is still there. Got me a little worried.

The ER bill was $5K! The CT scan alone was $3K. Worth it to know I didn't have a bleeder in the noggin :)

Planted the new Babcock Peach tree yesterday. I also transplanted every 1 gallon girl.

Out of all of the Pakistani Punch only one was a girl! Two of the MuMo plants finally showed sex and they were both males. The sickly MuMo also was a male and got culled.

I put one of the Mulanje Gold girls on the compost pile. I had put some peanuts out on the little cube cage for the birds. Well, apparently last night something decided to bury the peanuts in the compost pile. This morning I went out to see how the plants in the ground were faring (we are having summer temperatures finally!) and the plant on the compost pile was gone! Not really gone though. Just unburied and 2 feet away from the compost pile. No footprints in the mud either. The root ball was intact and the plants leaves were not wilted so I just put her right back and watered her in again.

I need to process the pics and then I will post. The internet is wonky today - or it is my one month old ASUS router.

This is turning out to be one of those really bad days :P

Cheers,
Mo

The weather has been very hot the last few days. The heat is just too much to work outside for very long. I overdid it on Saturday but I got all of the 1 gallons transplanted! I fixed the bracing on the greenhouse and I transplanted the new Babcock peach tree (white peaches).

Today I re-planted the Mulanje 1 gallon that I put in the compost pile (first girl in the greenhouse). Apparently something decided that it didn't want that plant in that spot. When I went out to check on the garden this morning the plant was gone! As I got closer I saw that it was only moved a few feet away. It wasn't wilting and the root ball was intact. The tips were growing towards the sun! I replanted her and put the cube over her :)

I worked on the greenhouse today and finished changing the bracing pattern to give the best stiffness. I also got another beam up! Yay!

Here is the latest update from the SoCal TGA Farm.

Transplanted all of the one gallon plants to bigger pots or to the garden.

Nice progress on the greenhouse Mo. How much more you got to do? time estimates for completion (i.e you will be using it this year yes?)

Peace, DST

My TGA Garden is like Mendo's, Subs, and CA's. Just at a much smaller size :)

The leaves are starting to green up nicely from the roots hitting the Super Soil. It will be very interesting to see what these girls do this late. Will they explode or is it too late?

Started the MrGoo from seed in August 2011. It was basically 12/12 from seed outdoors:
