if you read what i said, i stated that i thought it was an american product and i may be wrong. pay attention to what you're reading before you go swearing at people. and if you're not in BC it is illegal, to possess concentrates of any kind, licensed or not.

@Dexter gb123 is 100% correct.
ANYTHING but dried marijuana is Illegal in Canada.
in BC some extracts and cooking are legal, but questionable by HC.
I was under the impression that the whole MMPR was pretty questionable under Health Canada. It's very obvious they seem to dislike MMJ. Weird.

In my MMJ prescription, I did get a fancy looking print-out that tells the patients how to make BOTH Cannibuter and a Salve.

The company is based out of BC, so that may be the difference.

How can there be different rules for MMJ from province to province? I thought the MMPR system was a federal thing?

It's all very confusing to me. I only started looking into this stuff a couple months ago. But I don't plan on hiding in my basement smoking my medicine in the dark - so I gotta find this stuff out...

@Yessica... i'm not 100% sure why it's okay in BC and not other provinces, but i think some patients probably took it to court and got some kind of immunity from local law enforcement. as i said, that a guess, i'm sure you could google it

It's ok in BC because it went through their courts...we haven't had a case like it yet in Ontario. As soon as we do,if we have one, we can use the BC ruling as precedent.
Of course HC could have been nice and just changed the regulations to include all of Canada, but that would be asking too much....
