Ahhhh. I figured something like that. Just went out to see a few of mine laid right down from the rain. I had to go to 3 home depots in the area cause I bought them all out of bamboo.

Hope no one needs bamboo in my area. Lol
Not really the road but my neighbors driveway, he has teenage kids and they have traffic in and out. Good luck with the weather and coming harvest.:leaf:

Hey Hodge, around how much money did you spend on your entire setup?? I'm just wondering really because your garden is amazing! And I'm also wondering if you pruned your plants or did you just let them do their thing?

WHat a nice way to wake up. Plants are looking beautiful. Flowers are startin to fatten up for you. Been windy as hell down here. Lost a HJ branch but everything else is booming. check it out when you get time. Tell Momma she grows like a girl and thats why the girls look so good, lol. :blsmoke:

Maybe TLD can finish about the same time and we can have one hell of a party.

Most of the expense was on soil, if I were to guess it's close to 2500 dollars for everything. I do not top and prefer to let them grow natural..:leaf:

hodge if you spent 2500 on everything you did great soil is expensive and so is the wood and stakes and the tarps you have set the standard for a real garden thanks hodge

I use super soil which is the biggest cost each season. There are 12 boxes, 6 are 4 years old and the other 6 are 2 seasons old. The older boxes were built with pine 1x10s and didn't hold up well, newer are 2x10, less warping to deal with..:leaf:

why would you want to top hodge you let them fully grow ...... topping is for small plants to maximize yield
