Okay buddy, I think I have some solutions:
There was definitely a bug problem, good thing you released the lady bugs.
Those plants look under feed, that is why it has the limp upper growth.
You hempy plant is going through transplant shock, It has to work through 4 different inconsistent mediums. You should have either blended your mediums, or just stuck to one type of medium. Your roots are growing out of the lava stone, and into a medium that has a totally different water holding capacity, if it holds more water, your roots in the lava rock will slowly dry out and become a stem as the roots take place in the new stones below, and this is causing stress because it is taking away stored carbohydrates reserved for flowering, and putting them into rooting. The layer of riverstones was a real bad idea, I'm sorry to say. This is going to create a dry pocket, and your roots are most likely going to dampen off at this point, or spend more energy turning to stem to make it through this barrier and into the marble below.
Where do you get all these crazy grow mediums btw? I would just stick to perlite, it's something we are all extremely familiar with here on RIU. Most hempy growers use a 50/50 perlite and vermiculite combo, but vermiculite can cause mesothelioma, I think.
Hopefully she can bare though all this without turning her roots into stalk, but she will definitely experience stress from this sudden switch. It would be best to fill your net pots with your final grow medium in the future, instead of lava rock. Unless you plan on to finish with lava rock.
And don't sweat the clones, it will take anywhere between 7-14 days for them to root in most cases. When you hear about cuts rooting in 5 days, it is a combo of an incredible stroke of luck, and just perfect conditions.
