So, this is my first dinner party type thing since my first harvest. I am making an 'edibles' dessert with my first homegrown bud! I'm making these yummy chocolate PB cookies. Should be fun! It's also my Hubby and my 12 TH Anniversary, so the party's on! Can't wait.

Here's the cookie recipe I'm using...
Chewy Chocolate CannaCookies with CannaNut Butter Filling
Makes ~1/2 dozen cookie sandwiches

Cookie Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
Pinch of salt
5 TBS unsalted cannabutter, at room temperature
1/2 cup granulated Sugar
1 large egg yolk
1 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Filling Ingredients:
1/4 cup unsalted cannabutter , at room temperature
1/2 cup natural creamy cannanut*butter (I use 2 grams bud per 1/2 cup PB)
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Cookie Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 375
Mix together the dry ingredients, except for sugar, and set aside
Cream butter and sugar
Beat in the, eggs and vanilla
Gradually add dry ingredients with mixer on low; *then mix at medium speed until well-combined
Stir in chocolate chips
Drop dough in heaping tablespoons on baking sheets lined with parchment paper about 2 inches apart
Bake at 375 for 8 minutes or until cookies are slightly puffy
Let cool on cooling rack

Filling Directions:
Beat butter until light and creamy
Beat in peanut butter
Mix in confectioners sugar on low speed and then beat until light and fluffy

Sandwich Directions:
When cookies are cool, spread two tablespoons of filling on the bottom of a cookie
Top with a second cookie and lightly press down.
Repeat until all cookies and filling are gone.
Enjoy!
*For my cookies, the cannabutter was a bit weak and the PB pretty strong.
