My CFL Adventure. Chapter three

Side note......I have caught a nasty ass cold, which isnt helping anything......Was outdoors yesterday in the sun. Ladies outside are looking tasty.........three weeks in and the crystils <lol....fuck spell cheeck> are getting pretty milky......i like it Again, sorry for the delay. I opted not to take any outdoor pics. Plenty can be taken in due time . lol.

checked on the babies yesterday......half have new growth coming in already....the ones that had been looking good more or less....new set up with heater and table was a little warm, cooled it down a bit, i imagine all will work out quite well. aiming for 75% success rate. kinda less than what i had initially thought I was capable of doing, but i will be VERY pleased if that many come up, judging at the rate the mummy is doing....didnt take any TP pics yet, but heres a look at one top of the mum....almost 3 weeks into 12-12.....cant wait for this one to finish up......well, feelin a bit better.....should go check on the lil ones......till next time. more pics!

the rate of growth after the lot had been TP'd, is very nice. loosing its yellow, comin back green......all new growth even on madd yellow ones are mostly green as well......veeeeeeery pleased that i can say i hit my 65% for sure. should have planted earlier......may not have seen as much yellow.....what do you guys think? ....just my theory. but i really wanted my temps stable before they went into first small pots...so glad im runnin just one strain. i think itll make it alot easier. and its cool to have a 'prototype', as seen in previous post..... to know what to expect.......all topping done so far has come out just as planned. Very pleased. I believe i have 6 or 7 topped so far.....taking the tops at 5th node on these ones. well, I have to check the bloody weather before bed, gotta work early tmr, HOPEFULLY can get back outside for a look at the side project......there just might be a sample ready.......who knows. glad the hard work is bearing results . uhhhhh.......other than that, thanks for stoppin by and all that stuff. tell me how much skill I lack and how bad I suck lol. stay tuned folks.

Update - out of 17 clones, 12 are most def coming along in fine style. the other 5 may end up going but they are pretty far behind at this point. they havent doubled in size like the lot of them have. So, as it stands right now, the cats got 3. Five may not go. But, with the way the mother is coming along <one month in flower> she is growing up and up and up.....still.....soooooo glad i moved her last month. would have ran out of room at my place. out of these 12 , I had topped 7 of them.....as you can see above, tops coming in nicely. i think i topped 7......cant remember right now lol..... so all is very well, looking forward to some chopping in the future. weather is cooperating like noones business, cant wait to see my girls outside. gonna be righteous , no doubt. heres to hoping i picked a killer strain to clone. one love me breddahs

End of week three, and all seems to be coming along as well as I have hoped. My apologies on the delay of pics and info. However, there is much interesting developments. For some unknown reason, at present I do not have new pics of the babies. However, ten that I have topped so far are coming in strong with 4 tops each. All seem to be coming in quite even, and there appears to be NO retarded/mutated growth. I'm very pleased with that.A couple are naturally going harder and faster than the others. the next day I check them kinda fast veg growth. Hoping I selected a healthy and hearty, reliable strain.
a few other are coming along slow, and still rebounding from the stress that they had faced so far. I anticipate 13 will be well suitable for what I wish them to do. So , I managed to bring one more back for a total of 13 , and i have a count on the babies I had topped. Much of the burning I have experienced isn't slowing down the larger of the batch....as seen above. That one, actually, is doing the best, so far. Some of the yellowing is fading with green returning to the leafs, but all my new growth is healthy, healthy green. Quite happy with that too. Coming tomorrow, I will be evaluating the situation at hand and begin to TP , seeing as how I have what I need to get it rolling....IF the gnomes on premises have begun to begin this, so much the better, time is hard to come by as is the energy needed when you got a day job, and outdoor project, and running two rooms....lol on that note, I will make up for no baby pics with a couple of my maturing girls.....first one is my outdoor......late, late planting.....still going strong, weather has been better than I could have asked for.....second one is the momma I cloned.....she is a month into flower, as of tomorrow. Can't wait to see what things strain brings me.....she has a lavender/narcotic/skunky aroma to it.

TP'd four of the raging clones into HUGE ass pots.....three more babies will definetly meet my standards and need to be tp'd in the next few days, im sure.....as for the rest of them....well, i screwed up on a few, so, ill wait to see if the take better than they are, if they do not then I won't run with half assed stuff....lol....
I will just opt to go with seedlings that a good friend happens to have running that will fill out the room. no sense in having wasted space.
Things are looking pretty good, I'm fairly happy with this batch of clones. Mainly for the fact that I am seeing this train in its glory atm, and knowing that these girls <the four i tp'd, anyways...and the other 3 waiting to be tp'd..> are doing better at this point than the mother herself at this stage. In bigger pots, look healthier, more light, more control......
the outdoor has come to an end, with the onset of the cold. JUUUUUSt started to see the forming of a bit of mold on just a couple...I cut that shit off and took em down the next day.
As the the mother.....she's filling in her tops pretty nicely. at one month it is looking damn fine.......cant wait....... so, i'm looking at probably 8 clones, and two or 3 seedlings. here we go! now, its time to roll one up.

thanks man. it's turning out to be quite nice too. just starting to dry up and sample now......here is a pic of some i have on hand for myself.....one of my big tops from outside, and the piece in my hand and kinda under my hand are from the indoor...... for far i'm happy with the results.

so, my bounce back with said babies turned out pretty well. 5 are getting bigger by the day, 5 more are catching up better than i had hoped, and soon the final TP will happen earlier than i would have liked . i killed a few and lost a few. oh well. im glad with these numbers. i feel that my combination of food, and general gut feeling are to attest to size and quality of greens..... the mother is coming along just as i hoped. will have more updated pics to come and stuff.....very mellow time of the year now for me. thanks for stoppin by as always.

note....of the five lesser clones, the quality does vary. but my prized 5 came out better than my mother, from seed, at this point......very, very stoaked.

Hey, you should build yourself some reflectors out of cans for the cfls. Half the light is being wasted by lighting the ceiling above.

def an awesome gadget to make. i do have those on hand. I don't know why we haven't elected to continue using a few. after we wrap the sides and run a sheet over the top of the lights we end up happy with that I guess.....lol +rep for awesome pointer however.

well, after much work done, here are some before pics.....my apologies on the delay once again but theres a good amount of pics. large ladies have been chopped. Looking like a bumper crop. might have largest yield per plant that we have seen...
everything is now in large pots excluding two we are hanging onto for shits and giggles for a minute....
