My CFL Closet Journal, AK47, Ice, and Fem. Trainwreck

Dude hemp that is super cool, but i wonder how your plants are doing, its been sometime since ive seen a new picture!
My bagseed is almost a foot tall and its only 1 week into veg, ahahah
many leafs are just now showing so i HAVE to let them grow and get bigger before i can even think about flowering haha

I'll take some pictures tonight when I can get access to the room. For now just know that they are looking healthier, but I am not in the clear yet. Pictures update to come.

Day 55
Temp: 24.6'C
RH: 36%

The plants are doing very well. They seem to be healing very nicely and establishing size able new growth. I will hopefully be able to get the HPS ballast tomorrow. The store was closed when I tried to go Saturday. I will flip the Train wrecks Monday if I am able to get the ballast. It is somewhat overdue now. These babies have gotta get budding if I want a harvest for summer. I can't wait to roll up a fat spliff of my labors. :bigjoint:

I finished rigging up my 400W HPS today. I had to play electrician for a little while. I decided to try and go the cheap way on the ballast and not buy a professionally assembled one. Instead I got a wire it yourself discount setup and off I went. After a quick search on the internet I found this very helpful link: http://www.gardenscure.com/420/lighting/19302-i-have-high-bay-400-hps.html The end result is as follows in the pictures.
I will be busy with school until Wednesday. On Wednesday I will put up the light barrier to create 2 separate rooms as well as transplant the train wrecks into 5gal grow bags. The train wrecks should begin day one of flowering on Wednesday if not then Thursday. The clones are all looking good still. Not looking overly droopy and they are actually looking like they are trying to develop new growth already. I think they will definitely root. If so I can also put them to flower and determine what sex some of my mother hopefuls are.

Good stuff man, can't wait to see how many females you get, hopefully lots. Planning to destroy the males if any? Or gonna plant them outside somewhere?

So did you take your clones from a non sexed plant?....If you took your clones from a female there is no sexing required....

I took my clones from unsexed plants with the intent of using them to sex the plants instead of flowering to determine sex. I have a couple that look particularly big and strong. I would like to determine there sex so that I can keep them as mothers for a little while assuming they turn up female. The train wrecks came from Feminine seeds so they will be getting flipped tomorrow after I repot them into the 5gal grow bags.

Maybe I'll plant them outside just to fuck with people. Make them think they are stealing a big gorgeous weed plant. Next thing you no it's ALL pollen sacks. :fire:

Plus you can collect pollen even from outside plants:) wrap in paper and freeze its good for a year or so frozen"_

Gotcha...keep up the good work man. I'm chopping mine next week

take a peice of black or dark paper out to the plant on a calm day hold it under some pollen sacks and tap the branch with a stick or something to knock some off! then fold and put in a freezer bag and freeze ..you can actually "paint" it on to fems with a lil hobby paintbrush... just be careful and shower and change your cloths before going back in to see the girls ..the pollen is tiny and it sticks to everything:)

BIG UPDATE TOMORROW!

I've been working all night to bring forth a massive change. I have to wait for the lights to come back on so I can shoot some photos. It is a glorious sight.

Sorry to drag the wait out like this. I am stuck at school right now. I should hopefully be home in an hour or 2. I will take and post photos as soon as I get home.
