I'm probably gonna fail, its about to get drenched for the next 5 days from rain so the pre buds will probably have mildew and shit and the bugs are plaguing it lots of yellow spots and shit all the leaves FML

You got it man. You need an IPM. And I’m thinking that net will kinda stifle growth unless it gives as she buds out.
Prevention is key, she’s looking healthy just need to address the pest. Looks like mites but close up scope for proper ID.

Aww you're nice thanks friend. I'll take an up close pic of the damage in a bit. And yeah the net is temporary because it's been stormy as fuck. As soon as i can humanly afford it i'm gonna get some wire mesh fencing so i can put the shoots through it and tie it off. I tried the baking soda thing but i'm afraid i sprayed the flowers and then they changed color so i got worried idk the proper ratio to use of baking soda to water

I wouldn’t use baking soda at all. Salt based anything is not great for plants.
what you need is a preventive/treatment plan.
You have a hydro store around ya ? Capt jacks or pyrethrum spray like end all. At the least weekly insecticidal soap. Safer brand makes a good one.

Might be a store around i'll check around. All I have on hand is some of this stuff but I'm pretty sure it's no bueno for cannabis

It's meant to be used on those but also edible fruit and vegetable plants so on the face of it I have no idea why it wouldn't be good for weed. But better safe than sorry. Sadly since NY is not legal I don't know if hydro stores are as common out here as they are elsewhere, I want to find a bug spray that is intended for weed, probably online my best bet

Check these out. Flying skull nukem. Cannacontrol. Pure crop one. All three fungicide and insecticides. Capt jacks or safer end all for on contact bug killer safe. Better to buy two and alternate
