my first auto white widow feminised from Msnl

hello there im from Pakistan islamabad the weather is pretty warm these days and its 2nd day for my white widow.

i wantes to mention that thelight that i am using is 45w light .. which consists of 3 flexible head and each head is 15w.. canany onetell meif its good or not they claimthatthey are full spectr with range of 300-700 lmns
