Yeah they droop for a day (become stressed) after a re pot. They usually come back in a day or two. Just top it when it's a few days after the re pot and they should be good.

I thought you would have by now as your removing a lot of the growth

but hey, I was helping someone I know and had to come in and take over a few plants for a little. They have a lot of deficiencies because he wasn't balancing water and watering for weeks at like a pH of 8.3. There was only about 125w of cfls in a box with no reflective material anywhere. I came in and fixed the setup up.

I topped them and had to put them in some 21oz party cups they actually look ok. There should be some branches that should start growing. Most of the fan leaves died from the phosphorous deficiency though.

I'm training 4 tops away from the center with an array of cfls above

everything is nice green, what nutes are you using again ? the sour cream looks like a winner !!!!

no nutes yet, i used vitalink seedlings start solution for 1 and a half week, then the other 1 n half weeks used formulex, in a few days ill be using canna coco a + b, rhizotonic and cannazym, then when im in flowering im planning to use all them above and canna boost, may be ill get the pk 13/14 im gena do more research on the pk 13/14 then ill decide,

@ sir verde

yeah ones im sure they recoverd from the repot ill top them all, how long do they usualy take to recover after toping?

Hey nas, how do u like those grow yoyo's? or maybe they are called something else, but the things to move ur lights up and down? I bought a pair the other day and it took some hard pulling to extend the things, even though i loosened the wingnuts. But it seems like there is way too much tension in it for my little 400w lamp to stay down.

yes they are to move the light up and down. yeah i know what you mean, i had some trouble to figure out how it works. well this is how it works the heavy ur reflector is the tighter the cre shud be. the lighter the reflector then just losen the crew until it stays in place then after that you can just move it up and down as you please, if it still doesnt work let us know

these are all the nutes. ill be getting some canna boost when its flowering time, the bio bizz is for sour cream as its in canna terra soil

not to jack your thread but i thought id show theyre pulling through. The good ph water made them look good immediately and i added .5mL/L ea. of Adv. Nutrients (G/M/B)

they are at day 24, i have repotted sharksbreath and blueberry to 15L (4 gallons) containers. i think they where in abit of a shock bt bounced back the next day, i waterd sharksbreath and blueberry with 4ml rhizotonic, 1ml of cannazym and 0.5ml of coco a and b to 1L of water, the rhizotonic will make the healthy roots. i heard really good stuff of rhizotonic! will be topping real soon still doing more research on the toping subject, should master all the info on topping real soon ;), the sour cream is doing the best. i didnt even think she/he will make it, i started the nutes on the cour creams about 3 days now at 0.5ml of bio bizz grow, 2ml rhizotonic and 1ml of cannazym

well here is the sourcream

Yeah I felt heartbroken after topping mine its like plant circumcision , you don't want them to suffer but it is only for their own good

homie check this out let me know if im right and do let me know what you recommend.

if i top after the second set of true leaves ill get 4 top,
if i top after third set ill get 2 tops,

i hope im rigt, if i am right wich one should i do to get more yield?

i wanted to know, ones i top the plant wont grow no more tops right? is this a good thing or bad and why?

2 colas or 4 colas is all preference. Its speculative on which is better. Some people think that a plant will only bud so much, some thing more tops is better.

You would idealy cut above the first, or second true node. I'm not sure how well a plant that has grown so large takes to topping... it should have been topped weeks ago so you may want to look that up. Topping usually happens as branches begin to grow out of nodes when they are really small

@ verd bro check this thred out he acutally says to cut after the 4-5 node check it out thats what it says link: https://www.rollitup.org/advanced-marijuana-cultivation/151706-uncle-bens-topping-technique-get.html

here is a pic where im planning to top ether one 1 or 2

oh ya quotes from UB's thread

To get 4 main colas, let your seedling or cutting (clone) grow to about 5-6 nodes and pinch out (cut) the stem just above the 2nd true node. The node where the cotyledons attach doesn't count
At? Is that below or above? The exact point is important reason why I spent a bit of time explaining the hormonal response thingie. If you topped above the 4th node, you'll get a bushy plant with the last output to occur at the lowest node, if at all. You will not get 2 or 4 main colas.
