I use 4x4x4 rockwool and 6x6x6 rockwool. I buy direct from manufacture costs me about $.80 each for the 4x4 and $1 each for the 6x6 cubes soo your paying 3 times as much and its messy and its limited as it counteracts alot of needed bacteria and is not verygood at holding ph..Soooo to exspensive and messy no gooodd but if you like go ahead I just hate spending too much and adjusting all the time and cleaning crap from my pumps and filters

I have no pumps, I am just watering when needed. Why are u makin such a big deal out of this, everyone has their own prefrences. I will use what I want and find out what I need to one my own, and get any advice I can along the way. U are about the only one I have know to have made such a big deal out of something so stupid. Lets just sit back and smoke a bowl man, we all here for the same reason

Not a big deal I just said I dislike them and wouldn't use them as matter of my opinion based from trials with them and you asked why. I said why you told me I should look around if I think coco is exspensive since you said its cheaper then rockwool. I said well for me coco is way more exspensive and gave prices to show what I pay and then you say why is it such a big deal. No big deal I was just saying from my years its not a good product and evey dro shop owner I have met has always had the same reccomnedation against it with same reason I found myself. Glad you like it

Yeah cool the jets guys lol... its just a miscomunication over the net. I don't think he was throwing his ideals onto you but merely saying that rock wool is better for him.

cheers kwaka

Didn't get a chance to take pics tonight, been busy settin up my veg/clone room. I took 4 clones off each one, will see how they turn out.

On the other hand, my rommie did the best he could while I was gone but FAILED horribly!!!!!!!!!!! I got home the first thing thing I did was went to go check on my girls. My White Berry was looking ok, but The Super Skunk was looking poor to say the least. Before I left I had gotten 7 gallons of water ready so all he had to do was water em, when I got home he had only used one in 7 days!!!!!!!!!!!! They were both dry as hell, the SS was all wilted I thought it was dead actually. I gave em both water, about a gallon a piece. I went and laid down for a couple hours and by the time I got back up the SS seems to have revived well, after pruning the worst parts off you really cant even tell how bad it looked.

It really is amazing what these plants can got through and live. I hope all the stress doesn't cause her to herm or go male on me, that would suck. I promise I will get pics for everyone tomorrow when I get home from work

Just curious did you do some trimming at some point in the grow stage to get that spaceing in between your nodes or did the plant just grow with its own spaces like that? Curious as it actually spaced nice for good aor flow and if you did it on purpose good job and if not then good job to your plants lol. They look good though

Nope no triming, just grew that way. I suppose some of it may have happened when I tied em over a week ago. Only triming I have done was the clones I took the other day.

Girls are looking nice!!!!! The WB is out growing the SS, which really surprises me. I think it has some to do with the fact that the SS was about half dead when I got home from my vacation. The WB is starting to make what appears to be buds, the SS is a few days behind her. How long will it take for them to really take off and start taking shape? This is my first female plant to make it this far so I don't know what to expect.

So far so good. :hump: My 2 cents: I would strip off the lower 30-50% of the growth to force huge cola.
I was considering doing this, but after looking at them I will loose alot of my yeild if I do that cause I LST the bottom half of both of em both. I think imma just let em grow, see what happens. Ladies are looking beautiful!!!!!!! I think all the clones I took last weekend are goin to take root, I will take pics of everyone here in a little bit. Gonna try to get some pics of the WB budz

Here are some new pics. Got som bud porn for ya compliments of my WB one is the cola that is starting to form, the other is one of the bigger lower budz.:weed: Dont really have any good bud shot of the SS, its developing just a bit slower than the WB. I also got pics of my clones I took last Sunday, took 4 of em of each plant. :hump:I am almost 100% they have all started taking root, will know for sure here in the next couple of days. I have a pic of the White Widow Clone i brought back from my vacation thanks to my uncle. The last pic is a baby I am watcin for a friend, bagseed.....

The SS is finally starting to show good sighs of flowering, it is now about a week behind the WB. This kinda works out tho because then I can be harvesting at different times, if I remember right the Skunk has a habbit of flowering a bit over the 50 days the breeder says it will be done. I was also reading last night, and I think I am goin to attempt to get multiple harvests off these girls. Anyone have any experience with this? Sounds like a good Idea, I am just wondering about how you would go about flushing what you are going to harvest and then make the plant regrow bud again without killing it.

Your refering to regeneration of your plants. I havent done it as of the time it takes to do it's simpler for me to just use new clones saves a bout a month of time going back to reveg. Fdd did a post a year or 2 about it and showed him doing it might ask him if he remembers the link or just do a search of his started threads and key word regeneration. If I find it Ill post it in here for ya. Lookin good

nice grow. I am using coco as an amendment and also for wormcasts. considering more.

I reveged my plant on accident. I cut it all down. Left them just sitting there. Just the stumps no leaves. A few days later I walked into the room. Their were leaves growing again. They had revegged. Some say all the buds, some say leave a few. Mine, in soil, just did it on its own. Some say leave a few leaves, I had cut all mine off.

Yeah, I was reading something last night that said you could do it without reveggin em tho. I should have worded my question differently. I know you can reveg them after you harvest but can you skip the vegging stage and go stright to flowering? sure you wouldn't get the greatest yeild, but it would be a little quicker maybe. I dunno was just a thought, not gonna dwell on it...Will see what I can find tho. Thanks

I love the way they grow in coco, although I am thinking I may have to transplant em. There are roots starting to come through the holes in the bottom of the bags. How bad is it going to shock them if I do, Will they die if I don't? They have over 6 weeks left to flower
