flat white paint works better and doesnt create hotspots. whats the temp in your room with the heatlamp?

yae id get atleast a 400w high pressure sodium bulb and maybe some black/white instead of tin foil for the walls. white spots can mean manys things if you boil water and strain it through your soil befor planting it might kill any bugs or infections in it so far looks good tho plants seem to be female

that a boy. make sure u get the lights with the 2600 Kelvin degrees i belive. something in the 2000's. the higher the number is for veg like 6500K and the lower is for flowering.

those plants are very stretched and you should probably get some better lights if you want some better results, more light=more bud

1st of all its a female =) best thing to find out by far =).

now all u have to do is get sum light bulbs with the 2700k spectrtum clf's.

they can be cheap my bulbs are 14w and only a few £ per bulb. (energy saving)

u want to keep the plants between 23-28 anythink higher could couse a shock and colder temperatures 20 and below can cause ur plants to die off.

halogen/mercury bulbs just create heat that is bad for your plants and not enough light spectrum.

my first plant looked like urs did when i used normal household bulbs that just proudce heat and shit light that makes ur plant stretch.

just get sum clf's or if not get a light either side of the plant to encourage side growth making ur plant bit more bushier.

i hope this helps.

thanks

First things first you are haveing the lights far too high of the cannopy.Get the lights closer this will give you 10 times the ammount that you will get of these plants. If heat is a issue then i would buy a couple of bathroom extractor fans of a real on from a grow shop.It is far too easy to hire the lights but this is not the answer you will only end up with a very small yeild.Add a fan that will serve one perpose and this is to keep the light cool have it on full and this can sometimes solve the problem. But you want the light no higer than 6/8 ince of the tops of the plants with air blowing at the light and also light blowing through the plants.Any exit holes that you make in the grow room make in the roof of the grow room has this will cool it down quicker has heat rises.
