that is a extremely smart way to get to know how to experiment on a certain strains i did the same thing to some random seed one. There easy to contain and box up so none of your females get fert.

They say Males are typically taller because they have to spread there fert along ways, so you get a faster grow so i would think yes unless your getting off hours of sun.

I moved to bloom ferts already and within a few days I noticed that my preflowers really changed for the good I think.

this whole year going through the process of picking out my male plants i've noticed that always, 2 plants of the same strain, the male will show its preflowers first.
