yeah thats my next project i might build a bigger shed and line in though more security.

well thats what i would like to do prolly never happen lol.

but yeah a lil 1m.1m by something be a nice lil veg room id say.

think i partially fixed my noise problem man i noticed the inline fan with the bucket to it makes less noise when the ducting is running into the bucket
so i done the same to my exhaust but with the exhasut cut a 4 inch hole in the lid an stuck it on now u can only hear it when ur like standing next to it hehehe.

never knew i could be so creative i tell ya.

get some pics for ya 2morrow guys i had my camera in my pocket but got carried away haha

well i checked my girls at bout 11.30 today and the tent is sitting at 37c i gotta get that inline fan rigged up!

but on the other hand the girls are looking good

Gosh that is hot for a shed in tassie, im in qld and havn't reached that temp yet, does your shed have good air ventilation? if not is there a way you can get some in there, and maybe some fast growing vines or plants outside for shade. The cooler the shed is, then the cooler the tent inside should be. Good luck with the frozen meat, I am gonna start half freezing water bottles, then topping up and sitting infront of the inline.

im just gonna cut a hole in the shed ozgirl suck air from outside nah shed has no ventilation.
checked the shed today temps are down around 26c around which is good. i just chucked some 2 litre frozen bottles of water in there bit less messy an they can't rot.

Oh $1500 u poor thing. I'd say I've chucked a good $6000 away buying shit.. Worst part of it is that I only use about $2K 4 my current setup.. Leaving about $4000 worth collecting dust.

Also been eyeing off about $1500 worth of C02 timers n regulators etc. It's just a bit hard 2 justify it 2 myself (let alone the missus) 4 a 1.2M tent, lol.

yeah im on top of it man. do those fan silencers work if they do i'll get a couple of them to.

ok went to bunnings today got a few things couple lil high velocity fans for my grow tent
lil blue ones like in tricka's tent

should be good.

also topped the bigger of my 2 plants see how it goes.
the other ones a lil small wait a few more days.

update guys.


i fimmed a plant 3 days ago. starting to look like it worked. see what happens over the next few days.

its the plant in the 3rd pic first 2 are of the smallest plant not touched yet.

im watering with a ph of around 6 and up the ec to around 1.3.

hahah i just went back and read this. hell yeah i aint gonna stop, im just about to order a shitload of timber for a veg cab--that will need a new light and reflecter and a fan, still need some more duct and another fan, one just shit itself last night, C/F and silencer, not running Co2 yet,

hey Ninj i only had this set up one month and havnt grown anything yet,,,hahaha now thats dedication, im still buying more shit hahaha

......and were is a little update on ya signature thread......fucking slacker lol :P

fimmed my second white widow today she was a lil behind the the other one so once again not really sure if i done it right but will shall see.

ok so i went an got a ph pen today just ended up getting a $50 from dick smith
heres the link. i just went to the store.

it's pretty good got my ph buffer which i spilt half of it lol.
an calibrated it to 7.0

anyway i had an old ezi ph tester there and i garbbed that an calibrated it i thought it was broken but it's now reading the same as the
one from dick smith so no more problems for ph i got 2 to compare now anyway so i will know when there out

thought betta than the crappy ph kit i got.

anyway also got all my stuff from DHP. thanks again shayle lol.
so 2morrow i will begin building my new cabinet. use the old frame but line it with the new diamond film.
should be good.

im also thinking of starting a small veg cabinet.
with a couple 55watt flouro's

hey all week since my last update
heres a pic the 2 bigger ones have been fimmed like every new bit of growth i could find
i just stuck the other 2 in to fill some space.

might even take em out yet.
but hopfully my main to become lilttle bushes of bud.
looks like they got a little nute burn to i have been hammering them with nutes i betta lower it a bit.

how long before i should flower ya recon tricka?

also had something eating my leaves i think so i got pest oil by yates and some insect sand crap an put the sand inside an outside the tent and sparyed the pest oil every where.

yeah u just have 4 heads instead of 2 when ya do it u just pinching out the middle

i think ya end up with 6 heads if ya count the lower 2


when they top they say ya end up with 4 so when ya fim you end up with 6

ok time for a bit of an update after some serious nute burn my girls seem to be doing ok i flushed them with phed water an let them sit for a few days an started with a light nute feeding yesterday.

im not sure when to stick them into flower advice is welcome but i recon im gonna wait one more week

2 bigger ones are white widow the rest are bagseed

already posted this in the aussies grower thread but this is my journal so i'll chuck it here to. ;)


ok so here is my idea for a veg cabinet


this is the inside of an old fridge i wanted the whole fridge but my mate built a ferret cage out of it done a bloody good job to so this is what im left with just gonna chuck a bit of black plastic over the front i recon comes with its own humidity crib which is the old veggie cripsper lol.

just gotta give it a clean an im gonna chuck some cfl's in there an get some seeds going for my next grow or clones but im not expert at cloning.
nothing fancy i know but it's cheap im hoping just to buy 2 tents an be done with it for my next grow but for now this will do
waiting a month to go into flower sucks so this should cut the time down.
so seeds if all else fails

How is every one time for a bit of an update
first 2 pics are white widows second 2 are bagseed.
4th pic has 2 plants in the pot been lsting the bagseed plants.
this is the end of the 4th week veg going into the 5th.

any thoughts happy to hear em cheers guys.

Hey Jzs how are ya man.....the plants are looking sweet, bouncing back after their bit of nute burn and the topping/fimming you did turned out well!
When are you thinking of flowering, or have you got planny of height, i forget what your working with in heighth wise

I'm glad to see, you got in on those fans at bunnings....i just went and got the last 3 for fucking miles...its getting to winter now so they stock up on heater's lol
Have you got that old fridge nice and clean yet? that shout turn out sweet for you---perfect size
