My Grow Report

@DonTesla made a sweet wooden square flower bed on wheels with a "removable waterproof bottom?"

Its line with fabric like the smart pots for pruning. I believe he said there was two sections where you can see how wet or dry the soil is, rather than just at the top.

The dons and greaseymonkeyman are my organic pros that I will go to for any questions. I know we can do a killer grow, lets figure out what were going to use and source it. Get everything ready so in about a month and a half (or whatever) well buy it and cook it for like 2 weeks while theyre seedlings and kick ass.

No slaughterhouse amendments or guanos or D lime
I heard good things about...

Insect Frass
Crustaecan Meal (includes chitin)
Fish bone meal
Gypsum
Glacial Rock
Kelp
Rice Hulls
Azomite
D Earth

High quality EWC and Compost are alot of organic growers best/favorite part of their soil mix.

Down to Earth and Dr earth have alot of these amendments in smaller boxes averaging about 10$ a piece. Itd be useful to have extras for teas.

Do It Yourself..
- Tea Aerator
- worm bin
-compost bin

Ill be using a whole bedroom, and have everything inside. Super excited.

They got rootbound in the solo cups, completely my fault. Ive learned so much since I started. Ill definitley let them mature, Im not in a rush to harvest. I still have a few zips from the last harvest Nd harvesting again tomorrow.

Im getting my organics together, worm bin\compost and gathering up amendments 95% online which sucks. I definitley want to run the best purple strains available in seed form. I have to pay off a ticket by the beginning of october, so Id be able to put the seeds in the dirt around early november realistically. Which would be a good time for you as well?

Ill be running water only with teas. Ive done so much research, would you like to do the same organic recipe as me? We could put our organic knowledge together, use the same everything except for our different grow rooms. Thatd be fun man. Im 100% up for it, let me know what your thinking.
Yeah that would be fun, we can shoot for Nov-Dec if you want, actually sometime in Dec might be better, we can play it by ear. Tickets and Xmas ain't cheap lol.

I'd have too see your recipe, I've never run organics. When you have time run it by me. Also if you have the time post your new harvest. That lemon kush keeps its color pretty good even when curing for months and months, I'll shoot some pics later.

And the multimedia (wood and fab) no till is sweet, yes... Are you doing one !? Cause we gotta get you some greensand!

@DonTesla made a sweet wooden square flower bed on wheels with a "removable waterproof bottom?" Like I said love all my compost it takes some real work at times but its much better and cheaper.

Also, we gotts to source some neem and alfafa meals for you bro, if you want water only ease and peace of mind..my pails just got shipped in last week i think to de other place

Another nice thing with the the wood/fabric bed though, is you can foliar the felt strips with calcium, coco or aloe water and the wooden slats can get hit with organic pest management solutions, like cinnamon neem spray..

I would go thinner than construction 2x4" though so its both a bit lighter and little less of a crevice to slide the fingers into..

One of these will do you for the first year or two no problem..
And cost can be under $10

It can be made to a cupboard or closet depth size or low and wide so it can slide under a bed or herbalist table..

image.jpg

Staple a strong wide hardware mesh on it, like quarter inch, lay down some bedding and scraps, and then your worms come in, place em in there, but not on the very bottom.. That's where live castings will collect..
I don't even pick worms out the bottom anymore or ever worry about em..

If its kept moist with a decent sized feeding once a week hen all you gotta is check it once a week for moisture and pests.. You can add layer after layer as they multiply.

image.jpg

Here's one pàinted. The castings drop down into e green section.
The red and yellow house live scraps and wiggler hoards..
Each layer separated by hard ware mesh..

I'm competing this year in Cups and still rock these simple worm farms..
They can carry you a long way!!!

Herbies have good seeds but I do have shipments that are stopped every now and then right now I am getting seeds from a place out of Cali dam cant remember the name right now I would have to look it up have only used them twice so far. LOL Getting ready with my last grow for the season around October I start winding things down for the winter I have good reason for that but its all most time. What I have in veg will be it and I am pooped between working the farm and do this its time to lay back and relax Aaaahhhhh.

Sorry I left this journal idle for so long. Im going organic and have been busy researching and working.

I have 2 plants about to put into flowering.
- Incredible Bulk and Great White Shark.

A couple almost 2 week old plants as well. Smaller ones are seeds from a semi seeded Pineapple Chunk that yielded Medium Yield but Nice frosty dense buddddds.

These pictures are from 3 days ago, it was quite cold so I got a deficiency (I believe cold was the cause as I have a heater keeping it at about 80F and they perked up,) First pic is the Incredible Bulk.

Sprout pic is 3 days ago as well, Im going to transplant within a few days as my last batch got rootbound and caused TROUBLE!!
****I will be trying out my Nectar of the Gods 8 bottle "Advanced Lineup" on the sprouts. Anyone use NFTG?

@DirtyNerd whats up dirty havnt heard from you in awhile.

Thanks for always liking and looking at my journal. I do notice and appreciate it.

I said advanced cuz in their feed schedule, the 8 bottle line is czlled advanced. Do you have any tips on NFTG?
Not really just watch the ph it drops dramatically when you mix those nutes. I got the 4 bottle simple plan plus the Olympus Up (sp?)

Hey dude, Im finally able to start getting my things together. I was thinking about what you said, and debating on making the wooden bed w/ the slits with fabric stapled or what not.

Trying to source ammendments, might just order it all off amazon. They avg about 10$ for 3LBs if Im not mistaken. Will have to order compost as well.
