My Mushroom Grow Log

Hey guys, I have some syringes of spores from a few years ago. I grew mushrooms twice, and was happy with the results both times. I was going to take the easy route, and do PF TEK but was told about a "much" better method. How do you guys grow boomers?

You can use the sticky. And prep to do popcorn. Maybe you should order a few new syringes just in case your old ones are dead.

I use brf cakes and as long as they were kept in a dry cool place they should be fine
