put some tape around the break and stake it up or use a splint. which ever is easier. ya what did you do to deserve that one??

Close that wound back up! I would have put it back together right away and let the plant reseal that injury, then yes as mentioned earlier stake it until it has fully healed. My guess is she did it on accident looking at the damage.

Ouch! dump that bitch. JK...do what above said, it can be salvaged, may lose that one branch but the rest should survive.

O wow... I really hope she did it by accident, but like everyone has stated just close the break with a splint or tape it. But I wonder, couldn’t you take the break and cut it at a fresh 45 degree angle, dip it in a rooting solution and replant as a clone?

Yeah she just got a little aggressive with it, total accident. I was real mad though lol. I tied it up with a stake. How long do you guys think it will take to heal up

cut it clean, root it like a really big cutting, and close the wound on the main plant with house paint.

the break is too old to heal up, and in a bad spot. if you try to bind it youll get fungus or blackleg in the wound.

if it was fresh, a smear of honey would help the wound stay uninfected, and give it a chance to heal with a bandage. its too late for that. if the plant keeps getting bigger the weight will tear the wound deeper.
