my plants are looking like palm trees no leaves on the bottom pics....help please

i transplanted into pots and a few of my plants lost its bottom leaves and they arent coming back r they ok? what do i do

were they from seed or cutting? they look fine, im sure they will take off soon

They seem to have stretched a lot. What light are you using? If you have flourescents, they can come within a few inches of the plants.

LOWER THE LIGHTS!

Thats probably the lights to high... to distant from the plant

I have my t5s about 4-8 inches away from my plants at 2 weeks old. Then 1-2 inches after they are more developed.
