It's sort of hard to tell what is going on without pics or a better description.
If nothing is happening, the seeds look the same as the day that you moved them to medium (with a taproot present) then i would say the taproot was damaged in some way.
It can look reasonably healthy and actually be stunted to the point that your plant will not sprout.
Can you see the cotyledon?
What nutrients did you add? At what strength?
Even if these do not sprout it would be good to find out what went wrong for your next try.
The taproot damages really easy when you germinate and then transfer to the grow medium. Maybe try just directly planting the seed into the moist medium next time. A heat pad helps with germination when planting direct seed Also try a seed starter mix like light warrior in a small pot, 1 qt or less, and wait to feed the plant until you have the first true set of leaves.
