tin foil acts as a mirror and absorbs light instead of reflecting it so if you can only afford CFL's then your not getting the most from the light's you have.
a $1 tin of matt white paint will serve you well,tin foil should never be an option.

Finally I came out of the back room of the porno shop, squinting as the light tears into my eyes. I look around for the light that guided me out but to my dismay I can not find it. I look again in the direction where the light was coming from and alas there was nothing. Just as i was about to leave feeling dejected and honestly a little strange I saw this out of the corner of my eye.
