I was in Cali.... that made things easier.... anywhere else I probably would have had to go to court to get the same results..... but a registered doctrine is a powerful document

Why don't you just say it? what's the big secret? If I had your info I'd have a new thread up immediately to help others escape prison.

I'm pretty sure the lawyers who defended tons of ppl in prison are familiar with the constitution...no?

there is no secret.... circumstance, preperation, and awareness, check out temple 420 operating without MMJ ...... perfect example (as it was established following the federal guidelines)...... form your own doctrine amongst you and your friends (make sure it is legitimate and comparable, with a solid base in FAITH), register it, keep a copy of it, the constitution, and your lawyers contact info on you at all times (with recording equipment too if possible )

I agreed with you.... luck plays a part......

Also... as I said.... lines of authority...... technically ONDCP has no real authority...... its all in the constitution.....

its not gaurunteed to keep you from being arrested.... but it will keep you out of prison..... even if you have to appeal a bad judges decision, go to an appallate court....
