So in the first two pictures is my worst plant. i'm not sure what is wrong with its second set of real leaves. looks as if they were chewed on or something. they are 8 days old a total of 5 plants. i feel like the one in the third picture is super big for 8 days. also on the first 2 pictures it looks like my plant has some sort of nute deficiency.

Anyways. so my set up is just a 4x2 t8 floro about 2 inches from the top of the biggest plant. maybe 2 and 3/4s from the smallest. what do you guys think the problem is? i'm going with genetics.. but i'm not sure.. oh forgot to add.. my ph is 6.5IMG_9444.jpg IMG_1669.jpg IMG_4048.jpg

Are they both the same strain? I'd raise the light a little higher on one end for the short plant until it gets going again. I think it's feeling the heat a little. It may be working on the root structure more too.

I think they'll both be fine though. Looking nice. Keep us posted as they grow.

I would use better quality soil and no nutes until it gets bigger.

ffof is real hot for a seedling use starter mix next time ffof has problems even growing large plants unless you mix it with other stuff.

So just a little update to my biggest plant. and grow setup. i've switched out my 4x2 t8 flouro for a 2x4 t5 flouro temps seem to be a lot more hot. and i've noticed all of the plants are kind of doing this "cone" type of thing where all the leafs are point upward nearly making a cone.

those leaves look like they are praising the light which is a good thing, if they perk up to the point that they are standing straight up is a bad thing

its usually the case not a bad thing though you can pollinate one of your females and have your own stock.

yeah, bag seeds, you gotta plants a few cause there will be a super female (your best one) and that's what you're going to wanna keep and take cuttings, unless you are flowering out the seedlings, then just keep your best ones.

pretty smart idea dude. Its a game of patients. Just take your time and study the life cycle of the plant. Jorge Cervantes is a great dude on the internet that has great simple methods to go by. Look him up. He can explain it in simple terms more or less

I feel like something may be wrong with this plant. maybe i'm just over thinking it but see how the leaf is curled inward?

yeah, just keep it alittle away from the light and let it get control of itself. It should be ok. Just don't add nutrients and if you have city water, let it sit out to evaporate for at least 72 hrs before using it so it can get the chlorine out and whatever else is in it.
