I got knowledge that it is scheduled for June 12, 2010 to be read and voted on in both the house and senate. Govenor has already endorsed it, and the NC Democratic, and Libertarian parties feel confident it will bass and be signed. Check the bill out, it looks awesome.

North Carolina: The North Carolina medical marijuana bill, HB 1380 was introduced in April by Rep. Earl Jones (D-Guilford). It got a public hearing before the House Health Committee in June, but has not moved since.

Well I know for a fact it wasnt last year, However knowing our governer it REALLY hard for me to believe she endosred it especially after a what? 200% increase in cigarette taxes AND bumping the smoking age to 21? Either way I will try and see what I can find out I know a senator and another politician (not sure exactly what area eddy (the other one) is in but I will bring it up and see what I can find out) Il let you all know what I find out.

I may be getting ahead of myself here but what qualifications/how would I go about opening the first charlotte dispensary/bakery? lol. Im dead set on this to all my funds are going into planning and design should have 80k to start with
