Need a little guidance

Hi all. Currently on my first ever grow, due to budget I haven't really got a legit grow room got 4 40w bulbs but shes growing alright. The plant is about 5-6weeks into flowering and I haven't given the plant any nutes during the grow. Its has plenty of calyxes and a cross between amber and white pistils with a decent amount of trichomes. Unfortunately I don't the breed of the strain as I acquired it from a random bag I picked up.

I would like to know when does it start forming bigger buds?

Could you elaborate on "N Toxing". Yeah having a lack of knowledge and research on soil I have one with added mix I'm currently using, didn't know this was causing such an issue for my plant. The drainage system is good there isn't any build up of water at the bottom and the tempt I assume is decent it has a good amount of air flow.
Any solutions or is she too far in her process to change the soil?

Flush the shit out of her.

N tox, as you can see is your leaves being super skinny and clawing. This is preventing your buds from developing properly.

For those plant at this point it's impossible they will be what the will be. Colas size and density is DIRECTLY related to the conditions you provide your plants. You give a plant proper lighting ventilation environment food and strain. You need to maintain it throughout the grow. 2/3 of the way through flower is to late to be correcting. Isn't it funny how everyone gets started on the cheap and think everything is great. Until they start to realize all they are going to get is a flower that looks more like parsley than a bud. Then everyone wonders when is it going to fill in. Chalk it up to learning.

Looks like for your first run you've managed to produce some nitrogen toxic larf. Keep reading and studying how this is done and you will get better at it.

Nitrogen toxicity for sure, it looks like. Remember that nitrogen toxicity's symptoms are deep green leaves and a clawing tip on each.

Well since there is nothing more I can do for the plant I think I'm gonna cut her down and start again. Ordered myself some better lights, some canna terra and their nutrient line made adjustments to my grow space and hopefully this time I can get things right.
