Need a little help/advice

The issue I'm having is that I grow in hydro, and I found out a half an hour ago that this has been grown in miraclegro. (Garbage for cannabis). I want to transplant this into hydro. Coconut coir. Any advice? I have two beautiful babies growing and they will go in the tent as soon as this one is harvested, everything I do is in hydro so this is the first time I've ever dealt with soil before and especially really garbage soil.

shake off the dirt, rinse the roots as best you can and x-fer them to coco. they'll probably be sad for a few days.

maybe dim your light a bit and it should recover fairly quickly
