Need advice on my LST, im afraid of mold

So I have been LSTing and veging these LSD plants (from clone) 36 days. My concern is that when I go to 12/12 I might run into mold issues since the plants are so dense. I was thinking that I might need to cut some of the twist ties that are holding it down, so it can spread out more for better air circulation. This is my first run using only LST, instead of a screen and any advice I can get would be much appreciated.

Also, how far up the stem should I be trimming, and should I remove the fan leaves under the canopy in the center of the plants mass? I want to put them on 12/12 asap, but i also wanted to post here before i did to minimize any mistakes.

oh yeah, these two ladies are in soil under 2 400W CMH lights, room temps are 73-82, Humidity 45%-67%

Should I cut any of my twist ties, or leave them be? I think I will set them on 12/12 tonight.

67% RH will be too high for flower, imo. <50%, is what you want. some people cut their twist-ties, but i don't think you need to. especially with that sativa.

How could I drop the RH of my room? my dehumidifier wont fit in there, and if it could it would make it too hot. I have a 4"x8" forced air intake from my houses AC. The lowest i can set the house humidity at is 45% for the whole house since its spring and I cant use the heat. The room seems to be slightly higher in RH than my digital thermostat claims it should be. Are there any products out there I could use that do not generate heat, to lower my RH?

It's funny you called it a sativa, because BF advertises it as indica dominant, and these are clones from my 3rd seed of the LSD, and ALL of them seem sativa dominant lol...

de-humidify the area closest to you box, and take a reading in the box. my de-humidifier is next to my box.

Anytime you have a very compact plant you are risking mold more...so LST can lessen or increase the chances, depending...Luckily where I live is very dry so I don't have to worry about this...or I would also be screwed...

LST creates more of a bush like plant, like in his pics, so the airflow is interrupted by all the leaves in such a bush like bunch, as opposed to a non-LST which is more like a x-mas tree shape:)

So I guess I need to trim some of the fan leaves in the center of the bush.... Would I need to wait another week after removing the fan leaves before I flower them? Or would it not matter since there are only like 3-5 leaves that could be removed?
