Yes, however there have been new leaves coming in but its the same size and length.

ah well then that can be a good thing, it's staying short because it doesnt need to stretch for light, if you want it to get taller, raise the lights up a bit. an inch or 2 between leaf sets is good, raise it too high and your plant will be lanky.

oh ok...ill post some pics tomorrow if i have time. I was hoping that would be the reason, as i have been keeping the lights fairly close.

I currently have it under 2 cfls. I'm guessing i should increase the amount of lights?
