New grower here would love if someone could let me know if this is a bug problem.

looks like cal mag deficiency to me, and too much Nitrogen

It is a bug problem.
They are called thrips.
A tell tale sign is the little black dots (poop).

Can't tell if you are in flower or veg.
Veg would be better to deal with them before flipping to flower.
There are a number of ways to deal with them.
Others will chime in, in the mean time this may help.

but sure get a microscope, you can spot them.
