So...huh huh exactly how desperate are you... j/k lol.
Desperate times call for desperate measures:
-Give blood.
-Hustle something, everyone needs stuff right before the holidays.
-Do some shitty temp. job for an evening or two, everywhere needs temp. help for the holidays.
-Annoy people by begging in the streets or at highway on and off ramps.
-Stripping is always quick cash.
-Pawn shit. (Worst option imo.)
-Make gifts yourself. Seriously people love shit that you spent hours and hours on even it sucks balls.
Don't:
-Put shit on a credit card.
-Prostitute yourself. I know it's tempting, don't do it.
-Steal
If worse comes to worse and you still can't manage to figure something else after reading everybody's suggestions then write a really nice heartfelt X-mas card. If the person it's for knows you well enough I'm sure they will understand lol. =D
