Thanks CG. Don't have any cling film left.. have covered it with an aluminum foil for now. Will wait for another day before i finally give up since it'll be a whole week tomorrow.

dont u have any sandwich bags/freezer bags?? I don't know it will hurt as fact,but i do know tin foil has a coating on it and when mixed with water(condensation) it could pollute the soil. Just a thot. Hope they sprout for u

I would not give up in 7 days. Give them at least 12. I have given up on seeds at 10 days before and set them out back to discard the soil. Forgot about them and found them 3-4 days later, all sprouted in dry ass soil. A little care and 3 months later, they were queens of the growroom. In the future, store seeds like cannabineer said(in the fridge in a small airtight container), or in a dry dark place. I store mine in a pepper seed pack in a cabinet.
