Need help with 1st grow

Hey guys need a little help with what might be wrong with these plants? Any help is appreciated

My medium is just plain old fox farm soil in solo cups of course they are about a month old this morning I jus fed some worm casting and molasses the temp in the room is 75 degrees and around 30% humidity, and they are under a 600 watt led
 
Are u using soil or coco? If u use coco, u cant overwater it, coco hold 30% air no matter how much you watering(medium ph can be incorrect and started locking nutes/salt buildup. if u use soil, let them dry lil bit(not completely,keep it still moist) and giv half nutes whit ph'd water and look how they look after 3 days.

Got to get them out of those cups
 
Yes thanks for the reply I've gotten the hang of it jus needed to get out of those cups asap
