Need Help with first grow

The bloody reservoir is only a litre so im not dealing with much room either, sucks that my budget is so low rn but i cant really do much else haha

i will get a usb fan and a light for flowering if we even happen to make it to that stage
Feel like ive done so many things wrong and the odds are hard against me lol
