100 watt or 100 watt equiv? Cause one 23 watt cfl isn't gonna get u an once. It will flower but I highly doubt it will yeild that. And weather it will even really flower it will depend on the size of the plant. The bigger the plant the more a single cfl just won't work.

I would add a few more in there, or if you can afford it, get a small T5 light. I have 1 T5 I use to get to the sides and move it and you can touch the bulbs when it has been on all day, so heat is less than the cfls I used to use. More you have the better the results. I use the 23 watt cfls they sell everywhere for under $2, bought mine at home depot for 99 cents, they also sell larger cfls there(42 watt) for under $13. I like to add a mix of 2700k and 6500k too.
