i have 1 plant, 1 week from sprout in soil... it is royal kush from pollinator seed bank in amsterdam
here are some pics attached
please let me know if growth is normal for a plant 1 week old, i have 4x42w cfls in a cabinet... with some fans.. nothing special...
i have not used any nutes, using CIL Gro Vegatable and Herb garden soil mix, also mixed in some coco coir to help get more O2 to the roots....

...looking good. Careful not to overwater...she (hopefully) shouldn't need any fertz for 3/4 weeks if quality soil. Happy grow'n! :)

i have been watering about 500ml every 2-3 days.... only once the soil is dry, i put a finger in the soil and check

ok nice, i just thought it was growing slowly, guess it is normal.... and i'll hold of on nutes at least for another week or two....

You probably think they are growing slow because chances are you are like everyone on here...

Constantly watching them to see if something has changed!

I swear, I check on my plants at least 5-10 times a day. Been growing for years now and still can't fight the urge to check on them :)

...if your soil is pure organic, I'd try to use organic fertilizers.
...if your soil is loaded with time released fertilizers....well, idk what to tell you....hahahahahahahahahahaha, I'd just be hell'a careful if that's the case...:)

If you keep the light close maybe not... my sour diesel I flowered at 6 inches... it stayed 6 inches and I think I may be getting close to 6 grams off her from the dense feel of her colas... (crosses fingers) cfl's and make some great dense colas but most optimal in SOG or like you have set up.
