Yes thankyou and I've been thru it I've been thru spider mights from buying clones for random person I had mold in beginning of veg and seeds in flower so I've been thru some shit but I'm hope next grow goes better wat should I do about cleaning the room for pollen and house

You don't have to worry so much about pollen. Humitidity eventually renders it non viable. But if you want peace of mind you can lightly spray with water.

Wizzlebiz is right. There are a few variables that play a key role in hermaphroditic traits. One being genetically prone and the other is environmental stress. Or.......both combined. The pollen can carry the trait if its genetic when pollinating and fertilizing a female plant but its not like a disease or virus that spreads through contact.
