Need Someone Who Knows What's Up

Okay, so I started a "growing project" march 6th of this year. Germination went smooth and I was just doing about 10 plants. I have 3 now after taking out the males and a shemale haha. I noticed about 3 weeks ago my plants budding... which kind of shocked me, considering they were only in veg for a small amount of time and now only being about 9 inches tall are in budding. So my question is "should I just let them finish budding or should I bring them back into the veggie state?" And if so how would I go about doing so? The plants are in a pot that's 2 feet deep with soil And evenly spread about. I know growing three in one pot is retarded but eh it's been working so far and all three look very nice and have a fruity smell because I was adding lime juice all the time and my compost is homemade from limes and other fruits.... I just need to know if I should finish the flowering state or send em back into veg... Im kinda lost as this is the first time i've ever had plants only be about 9 inches and bud...lol I will post pictures as soon as I can, thanks for your time.

So many things to say, but I will limit my response to the direct question only.

Normally to get a plant to go back to vegetation takes nothing more than increasing the lights on period to 16 on 8 off, or 24 on 0 off. May also take some extra nitrogen also.

Thanks but eh it's in a pot and it's like an outdoors project so it only gets sunlight and unless the lawn guy comes it stays outside in direct sunlight all day basically.
