Has anyone ordered using the email CC invoice option lately? I placed an order two days ago, no invoice.

I am getting daily payment reminders, but uh, it’s kinda hard to pay without an invoice. I’ve emailed twice now about it without a response. I’m considering just going with another seed bank at this point.

I did email CC invoice yesterday and everything went through and they emailed me and helped me through it, I'm a new buyer from them so maybe why?

Dude, I’m still waiting for an invoice email. I literally can’t pay for my order, cuz I haven’t received payment instructions at all. I heard back from Neptune a couple days ago, they apologized for the delay...but still no invoice.

If I don’t get it by the end of the weekend I’m just going with another bank.

I've never seen them do the I.d. thing, did you pay with a credit card? That's the only way I would think they would even ask for one.

I had to send them an email saying my credit card was charged.
It says to do that when ordering with credit card. My last order it was a few months ago I thought I sent them an email saying it was approved. A week went by sent a email. They replied back saying seeds be there soon there soon. 3 days later got my seeds. Always been happy with my orders from Neptune seeds. Last may. I ordered threw the seedsman. My order got confinsated in San Diego. I got a letter from custums saying they got my cannabis propagation material. Less than a gram. Says they dismosed of it. Well if they did, they got rid of a hard to get strain called bannaquin by dankanomics.

I made a small order from this seller ($50). After paying by CC, I got an email asking for a photo of my ID card.

Not bloody likely. Like I am going to give a photo of my driver's license to an internet site where I'm buying weed seeds who already has my credit info. Even if everything is legit, can you imagine if this site got hacked or busted by the Feds?

I called VISA cardholder services and not only did they tell me to cancel the transaction and not send the ID photo, but they also said that no business that accepts VISA as payment is allowed to decline a sale if photo ID is not submitted.

Maybe thought you were a minor? I wouldn't send a photo copy of my ID.

In today's reality of ID theft, security breaches and fraud, there is no way I would send more personal information via email to anyone for any reason.
We literally have to take security training about things like this at work just to retain a company email.

Not bashing, just stating the obvious in this day and age. As a culture, industry should keep up with current tech and privacy practices. There are
more than a few options out there now to pay online and receive funds discreetly. Snail mail is always an option as well but should be tracked and costs
more for the buyer. Shop around for a place that makes you comfortable buying from but don't just hand over private and personal information for any reason.
