I was interested in Meater because it's a cordless probe. Don't want to spend money on it if it sucks lol.
Yeah I immediately saw how nice it could be for a quick steak etc... where as mine is an entire setup but if you're cooking a pork shoulder it's a minimal investment, a steak or tenderloin it would be overkill although I admit I use it when I decarb my weed
