Today seem like a good omelet day. Ham, cheese, green onions, and baby bella mushrooms. I usually have problems flipping them because I put too much stuff in them.
I have a ham to hack up also.
Add the stuff first. Saute it up a touch...add egg...cover.....add cheese and fold...plate :blsmoke:

Chicken wings on sale at Turkish butcher, ramadam almost over, €3 for 2 pound. A 4th of what I normally pay. Feels free :lol:

Was worried I might had overdone it with the spices but no, turned out great.

2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp sweet paprika powder, 1 tsp semi-hot paprika powder
1 tsp cardemom + 1 tsp coriander
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 salt, some pepper
1/2 tsp laos, 1/2 tsp ginger, 1/2 tsp piment
2 tsp caster sugar
1 tsp turmeric

Dry-massaged a heavy amount on them. Mixed some with sriracha, mustard, olive oil, rice vinegar, ketjap manis and brushed the wings a few times with that

Weather almost warm enough to turn on my little outdoor mini oven again.
