It struggled. I ran a box fan in the kitchen. Set to 72 but reading 77 with the oven running and the cook top on. What do you do lol. Husband keeps begging me for gazpacho.It's too hot for lasagna! Jeez, you must have good air conditioning!

Krogers has a good seafood market down there with local items. Shrimp are graded by the number per pound, 15-16 are good sized. You can always throw a brill net and catch your own in the gulf. It takes some practice though. Crawfish are sold in sacks live. My daughter could probably eat 5 pounds of them if she had the chance.We are still exploring…. This was over the top. Not great but edible. The shrimp def tookcenter stage delicious.
the sausage was spicy and for me, ruined everything. I did not realize the frozen crawfish was from China. Figured it be local but my naive dumb southern ignorance !!!( been here 2 months) The mixture of both Alfredo and Pesto was my husbands idea.
