We had a bumper crop this year and did everything with it. I grew 6 plants we must have gotten 50 from them at least and there are still more ripening. It's harder to give away than some vegetables too! The ones in the basket are overgrown and seedy. We just can't keep up. We made moussaka, we made eggplant parm, we made dry fried Sichuan style eggplant with pork, we made Baingan Bharta, we made a great dip like babaganoush, we could pickle some for winter but, ew, no thank you! I may still tempura some late season babies. I just oven roasted some super ripe cherry toms, another crop overperforming this year. They'll get frozen along with the rest for future reference.20230906_171834.jpg

Just got to bump this: these were fed exclusively with GH Maxibloom, You want fruit? Feed for flowers.

Nice. I love eggplant. But didn't grow any this year.
