thanks treeZ, they are really filling in good now. its day 75 and 4 weeks of flowering. remember, these were clones and took more time to root and veg. if they would have been from seeds, they would almost be ready for harvest. the girls are looking real nice now after a couple days of getting the ph back on track. still a few brown tips but way better than just a few days ago. i think they also stopped drinking while they were "sick" as the soil wasnt drying up every day or so. now its back to drying up everyday again. the smell is unreal when the lights go off at 8 pm.

well it day 77, 11 weeks of growing for the clones. this was a good learning cruve for doing clones, but it takes so much longer. im still looking at least another 6 weeks till these girls are done, so thats gonna be over 17 weeks and thats just to long for me. i would rather just start from seeds, but i am glad i did this with cloning. the girls look great and seem to be doing fine, the buds are so cool looking.

thanks jp, as i said before, if this texas thing works out, or where ever we end up going, this is my last grow for a bit. so i have no choice but to wait this out. its all i have, and i didnt start anything else. they should be done about the end of nov. which will work out just right. my bud up in iowa now, this is what hes telling me, dam i want some of the good shit, LoL.

why does it take longer for you with the clones? isnt it about 1-2 weeks to get roots and then they take off. i think clones are easier to work with then seeds. imo.

I have 2 seedlings 4 weeks old that are taking forever to grow.my clones took off from the get go as soon as i got them. idk thats just my expierence.

heres a few comparison pics, the first one is of these clones at 30 days, then molly and 2-1 at 30 days, and the last was my first grow, new bean at 30 days. i just thought it was to soon to put them into 12/12 as i did with the others. the lights got switched between 15 to 20 days to start sexing and flowering since i didn't know which were females as all have been bag seeds. i started counting flowering days at day 30 on all my previous grows when they showed sex and pistils. the clones went to 12/12 on day 48, the last pic, they were real slow at growing tho. they took about 10 days to start showing roots and went into the pots with soil.

i believe this strain to be mostly sativa so im gonna let them go just a little longer than i did with molly. she went 9 weeks of flowering and might have been cut a couple weeks to soon. i did want to veg these 2 a little longer any ways, i felt they needed to grow more before i switched the lights on them. i have no problem with doing clones again, just with some better fem seeds when i can get them. hope that all made sence, LoL.

its day 78 for the girls. the buds are coming in real nice, but i still have some browning on some of the leaves. the ph is at 6.5 and im using a real mild nute mix, i dont know, as long as the buds are ok. heres the pics. any thoughts?

what you need is a mother plant so you can take nice clones off her. i buy clones for $20 already rooted, and they come 1/3 bigger then the ones you made.the only bad thing is i dont know much of this strain. all i know its called MK and i really doubt its master kush. ive ordered 2 times from attitude and ive only managed to keep 2 strains out of 12(noob mistakes). so ive decided to hold out on the good stuff and make them mothers so that i can clone the shit out of them bitches.

damn my grow is almost identical to yours. im bout to add 4 more bulbs this week. i also have 2 plants but they are in week 1 of flower.so i will also have 8 23 watt's, 4 bulbs over each plant. only difference is im training mine to fit inside my box. your box is talller. its going to be cool to see the comparison. Cant wait!!! oh btw My girlfreind will fall in love with those pink hairs.lol i needa jump on that strain

youre using the home depot box right? post a pic here if you want, would like see it now. as far as the strain, i have no idea what it is, my buddy gave me a bud every week from bags he would get here in florida and i would just throw the seeds in a box, when i hit the grow with molly, i was dam, i dont remember any wild ass lookin shit like that, LoL. although the pink does go away after a few more weeks. the bud defiantly needs cure time. i didnt get rid of any of it this time, so ive had 5 bags just laying here ive been smoking since i cut molly and it keeps getting better with time.

i dont really want to keep this strain going, i have more seeds, but as i said, there all mixed up with others in a box of about 50 seeds. i have a veg box, but dont want to start anything till get some really good fem seeds, one day, LoL. how is the heat in your box, it took a while to get mine right but now all is good.

ok, i just tied down all 4 of the main colas of raven to try an get more light on the her. on venus, i tied the main stock on the other side to pull agaist her and then pulled the main cola down a little more. i lowered the light down a little more after i took the pics.

Hey man, great grow. Can you post a few more exterior shots of the boxes just so I can get an idea of how you set them up? Also a few shots of how you mounted the bulbs would be awesome. I'm on my second (failed) grow now using an aerogarden and am going to ditch it and just go to soil w/ the CFLs. I just went w/ the AG at first mainly so I wouldn't have to deal with mounting lights, but this seems like the way to go. I have a fairly big closet to put it all in (5x10 or so). Thanks.

thanks dds, sorry about the failed grows, i started out the same way with hydro. so i switched to soil and im now on my 3rd grow. the boxes are from the u-haul store, the big one was $13 and the small one was $4. the big one has a metal bar which works great for hanging the lights from.

in the small veg box, i used an extension cord and plug adapter and a tie wrap to hold it all in place. if you use 3 Y's, you can get 4 bulbs in there. the 3 bulb light bar is $10 at lowes and a much of Y's, im up to 8 bulbs in the flower box. i screwed a peice of 1x2x18 inch wood to the fixture and 2 small eye screws into the wood for the chains and its ajustable the way it loops around the metal bar.

being cardboard, its real easy to make holes for vents, fans, and wires. the mylar, i used thumb tacks to hold it up. if you need more pics, let me know.

look at my ghetto odor control. i made ghetto ducting with construction paper to stretch my exhuast.+ i paper-clipped one of those "gain fabric softner" at the end.my whole room smells like fresh laundry 24/7.lmao

lights on,i keep those bulbs really close and they love it,no signs of burn.

so many tops on these plants,i have to tie them down everyday,if not they would hit the rood already.
