New Cfl Grow Setup!! Comments

ok so i am getting kind of mad and anxious. its 9 days into flowering and i have not seen ANY sign of male or female yet. it also seems as though my plants are stretching a lot. i dont know why, i have 175w of cfl and the lights are close. ok so here are some pics. the first two pics are my first plant, the last two pics are my second plant. these good close ups were taken with a shitty digital camera (that sucks) but i put a magnifying lens in front of the camera lens..... IT REALLY WORKS GREAT!!!!!

Hmm. I don't know. How big were they when you put them in 12/12 and how big are they now? I would say just wait it out. They will show. Just keep your fingers crossed that they don't show you any balls. Good luck!!

feb 5.. my lst ing is going great, my plants actually seem to be doing better now. UNFORTUNATLY i have one male. def balls i am soooo bummed. it is also my biggest and healthiest one that turned out male. My other one has not showed signs but i hope its a female. ill post pics of the balls in question.

Why does it usually turn out that your healthiest and biggest plants turnout male?????

Ok so here is a pic of the male,, its not clear but you can definetily see the ball. i also have a pic of my other plant which i am still lst'ing, it is going very well and i hope that it turn out female.

Has any one ever heard that 24/0 lights on/off schedule gives you more male. I heard that having lights on 24 hours gives you more males but i wasnt sure about that

Just out of curiosity, is your confirmed male the one that shows up in the first picture attachment up there? I think I saw balls in that picture.

males mature quicker.

they look fine raeman for there age,,I just grew 2 big bud plants that were only 13 inches and 17 inches tall when finished,,I grew them for 4 weeks,,then topped them,,,and put them into 12/12,,ended up with 6 oz's,,hope this helps and good luck till the end

Low Stress Training. - Training a plant to grow in an unorthodox fashion through the use of strings, wire, or other binding device. yields smallers plants. Speculation as to effect on total bud yield.

This is what I know.

well its been a long sad sad road, my other plant turned out 100%female. no doubt. i will post picks soon, i will end up killing it or i will maybe harvest some of the pollen sacks to pollinate later on.
