I actually just looked it up. Here is MA laws. There is time attached but chances are you will just get fine and probation for first offense. Here it is. It starts actually at under 50 pounds. Ok well that's state law. Wanna look up fed law? I look out my door every day for DEA. Whole different rules.

I am not arguing at all. I am just trying to make sure I know the laws now that you brought it to my attention. Wouldn't I have to cross state lines with it to get a federal charge? Wouldn't local police show up at my door for a 3 pound operation before the Feds? I sure as hell hope so. I bet a federal charge would be huge if I was indicted or they came before local police. Let's just hope it stayed local even though it said 50 pounds or under I would not even get close to 10% of that

All I can say is I'm not in your state but DEA scares the shit out of me. And I'm in a med state with licenses.

So you are allowed to have what? 6 plants in veg and 6 in flower? What could u have done to face 4 years? Have 1 extra plant?

Lol no I'm a cultivator so 100 and 25 per licenses. But I don't want another 4 years so I stay under 80 plants
