New growth twisted and curled (Newbie window-grow)

Hello everyone! I am in my first grow and I have some issues with one of my plants. It looked very healthy until a few days ago, but now the new growth is twisted and curled. Note that this plant is growing on my kitchen top next to a large window l and the first week or so of its life has been colder and darker than it would like, so the somewhat small size of the plant is to be expected.

- Strain: Diesel Automatic from Zamnesia Seeds
- Grow medium: Biobizz All-Mix Organic in 11l fabric pot from Zamnesia
- Germinated in a Propagator Pro 2 in a "Smart Start" germination tray and transplanted after about 1 week
- Watering whenever the soil feels dry about 3cm below the surface, about every 2-3 days
- Temperatures fluctuating with the weather, between 13°C and 24°C
- The plant germinated about 30 days ago

The plant is leaning a bit as it is getting light through a window. I rotate it regularly to counter this. Except for the somewhat thin stem it looked pretty healthy until it started producing abnormal growth about 3-5 days ago.

Note that I am not expecting huge yields from this plant, it is mostly "just for fun". My main crop is outside and doing pretty well so far. I will post about my other plants soon. I also have another plant growing right next to it in almost identical conditions (though germinated directly in soil for comparison rather than starting in the Propagator Pro) and that one looks healthy (except for being a bit spindly as it doesn't really get enough light).

The spider is there to protect the plant from nasties. I think.

Quick addition, just measured soil PH (with a Neudorff soil PH indicator test kit), I would estimate the PH to be about 6.5-6.8.
I am not adding any nutes as the soil should be sufficient for about 6-8 weeks (so the entire life-cycle of an auto) according to the grow shop that sold it to me.

Soil is too hot. Just keep with water for now and she’ll grow into the media.

Oh just read u water every 2-3 days. How much? Big pot for a little plant!

I used to have this issue a lot, until I realized how much I was over watering, so I would suspect that as a possible cause.

Overwatering might be an option. I didn't measure the water, I just add what "feels right" from my experience with other plants. (I have a _lot_ of random plants in my place.) Soil too hot is an option too I guess - the pots are black and exposed to the sun.

I will try less water and try to protect the pot from the sun a bit, maybe put some white fabric around it.

Whe soil is referred to as "hot" it means that it is strong

Oh, I thought Nutty Skunk was referring to actual soil temperature - which would be very possible considering the black pot and direct sun.

Sorry I meant as in rich soil. That won’t be an issue.

It’s most likely overwatering. Small plant big pot spells recipe for disaster.

These pictures are 31 days apart... started in 1L and moved to 12l.

I’ve seen many people overwater autoflowers because of starting in the final pot. It can be done but requires precision watering etc. I find transplanting at around 10 day mark works for me.
