It looks like over watering to me, but I'm not an expert or anything.
What is the PH in the soil?

don't spray with the light on. Also, they do look over-watered. Let the soil dry out.

they were overwatered, they have been dryin out for a few days. its actually quite an improvement if you can believe that.

ya, i watered mine A LOT when i first started. it should perk back up
